0 out of 0 people found this review helpful. Incompetent service department. Informed them when dropping off bike (Wednesday during the day) that I had a 1500 mile trip planned the following week. Assured me they could fix rough idle issue.

No call or anything. Stopped by Friday late afternoon. Bike had not moved. They left me a message Friday night saying they ran digital wrench but it did not ID an issue. I had suggested strongly they reset TPS. No word Saturday and they were closed Monday. I called Tuesday and service writer read me the same notes they left on my voicemail previous Friday. I went off on them and told them to keep their hands off the bike. I would pick it Tuesday and fix it myself. Which ultimatly I could not do because hmmm it needed the TPS reset. TurnOne (Plymouth, IN) not only fixed but went and proactively ordered parts for warranty recalls. Leaders are simply incompetent. I would not take anything to them and recommend that you run from them, fast. PERIOD!

I do not recommend this place.

1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. the service department for repairs is aweful. You will need to add at least 1-2 weeks to there estimated return/repair date. I have had my snowmobile sitting there for almost three weeks and they are still waiting on parts to begin cleaning my carbs for 700.00 dollars including the diagnosis. Last fall I had fiberglass repair work done on my boat, again i got to pick up my boat a week and half late and snowing. The boat is returning there this spring due to poor fiberglass work along the keel(which was my main concern from running into rocks). Looks like they painted over all the scratches aand charged 1400.00 dollars. I think i could have done just as good as this was a roll on application of tuff coat.Definetely my lastt visit to this dealer. Also had an uncle purchase new boat from here and there was some rust issues with the new trailer and dealership retained the boat/trailer for paint job which was at least 9 months before thhey got to take thier new boat for a spin.
I do not recommend this place.
