Many people are caught up in the hype of Bilbo's pizza being voted best college pizza...they forget that this was long ago. Service is horrible. Deep dish pizzas have come to the table doughy/not cooked on 4 different occasions. When we had a large party with multiple people buying mixed drinks, they allowed a tab to be started putting all drinks on MY bill, informing me that I could split up the bill. Needless to say, I was stuck with $80 in drinks when all I had all day was water. Management was less than helpful and said it was up to me to collect money. I don't think so. I'm not the one that started a business. Apparently they did not start a very good one. The place will be busy, but like I said, it is all hype.
I do not recommend this place.
