Little Caesars Pizza used to be the best thing since sliced bread when they introduced their 5.00 pizzas. Now they quite a bit of competition and all of the sudden Little Caesars 5.00 pizza doesn't look so great. Hungry Howie's is cheaper and the pizza is better.
