0 out of 0 people found this review helpful. both times we went, we got a crappy table, and they were out of 3 items we ordered (we ordered what we wanted, then the server had to come back two other times to tell us each time what we replaced our original order with was also gone). too crowded, not enough food...bring back chi-chi's i don't care if they had a couple of food scares!!
I do not recommend this place.

2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. I praise this place. I use it as my primary food referral for all of my customers. The management is always on point, and their floor manager always greets me when he is there. The food is great, the beer and drinks are even better. I recommend it to anyone, and I ALWAYS use this resturant for client meetings when live entertainment is necessay or guests from out of town. Kudos to The Burg

0 out of 0 people found this review helpful. The elaborate tiki decor only serves as a distraction from the poor service and mediocre food. We asked for non-smoking, only to be sat in a booth 4 ft from the bar, which was a smoking area. We left before our food arrived because the smoke was so bad and they informed us that we WERE in non-smoking, so there was nothing they could do. On another trip we actually tasted the food (mini-cheeseburgers and sweet potato chips). The chips were interesting, but the burgers were not. McDonald's 99 cent cheeseburgers are better. Service is poor.
I do not recommend this place.
