When my Grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year, we knew that we had to get her into a nursing home sooner or later, so we began looking. Luckily, we found Assisted Living Concepts (Sojorner House), and it has been nothing but positive experiences for every one of us involved. 5 stars for a job well-done!
