The installers forgot to tape down the antenna wire when they put the windshield in, so they pushed the windshield out enough to pull the wire back through. This drug the glue out of that spot, they did not put anymore glue in, now the windshield leaks and runs down the antenna wire. I called and was told that they would fix it, but they would not guarantee it. They never showed up to fix it, and won't return phone calls. I do not recommend this place. Fast - Yes, Good Work - Yes, Honesty in advertising - NO!!!!! When the ad says they will waive up to $250 of your deductible, it should mean that when you have a $100 deductible, it will be waived. No, what it means to this company is that if they don't like your insurance company, they will charge you the deductible no matter what their add says. Left me with a a sour taste in my mouth.

Lisa is AWESOME!! I had a $250 deductible and she was able to work with me. She even drove me into work while it was being worked on. GREAT SERVICE!
