Outdated, dirty facility. Holidome area unsafe, filthy and worn out. Room was dirty, bathroom tub was unusable, bathroom door broken with mold and mildew. Bugs all over public bathroom. Worse travel experience EVER. Would encourage any one not to stay here even if price is significantly lower than other properties. You and your family will definitely be disappointed at the end of your stay.

I enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn West. It is one of the older styles of Holiday Inn which I found to be charming. The staff was very polite and my room was extremely clean. I give Holiday Inn West five stars. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |
