I like the layout of the theaters and the building itself. I would agree the staff can be a little lackluster in terms of customer service. On the upsid, I've always found the theaters to be very clean. My one complaint is that they turn off all lights in the theater, at least during the show I attended most recently. Movies at the Crossroads was a very negative experience for both me and my significant other. Firstly, we walked into the theatre and were not greeted but were simply asked if we planned on purchasing tickets or just standing there. Reluctantly, I wasted twenty dollars of hard-earned cash on two movie tickets, and no sooner were we seated in the most uncomfortable seats imaginable. Straight-backed and unreclinable, I could do nothing but sit there and wait until the end of the film. Leaving, I will admit that the same man who urged us to purchase tickets earlier gave us a hearty smile and encouraged us to "return soon." I am not so certain that this man will be seeing us again.
